An advisory committee to the Rising Winds Monarchy, gathering community feedback on candidates nearing Masterhood.
The Assembly of Masters watches the kingdom's award ladders for players approaching Masterhood, then gathers feedback from the community about their work. That feedback is compiled into an advisory report and shared with the Rising Winds Monarchy, with the hope that it helps both the Monarchy's decisions and the candidate's own growth.
The Assembly exists as a Household within the Kingdom of the Rising Winds — it is not an extension of the Kingdom as an entity. Its reports are advisory, offered in service of the Monarchy and the community, not binding decisions.
Anyone who has reached the rank of Master in an award ladder — including non-ladder masterhoods such as Griffin or Mask — and who is a member of the Rising Winds, is entitled to Assembly membership.
When a candidate is evaluated, feedback is gathered from Assembly members and compiled into a report. To help the Monarchy weigh that feedback fairly, each commenter's name is replaced with a label describing their relationship to the masterhood under discussion — so a Monarch can tell the difference between someone with direct authority in the area and someone who is simply persuasive.
